This website provides information about our roofing services and lets you submit an inquiry or use our preliminary roof estimator. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

The roof estimator produces preliminary information only. Estimator output is a starting point for a conversation about your roof — not a final measurement, a final scope of work, or a final price.

Roof information on this site may be derived from third-party aerial imagery, building data, and mapping services. That data may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate for a given property, and it does not necessarily reflect every physical condition of a roof — including decking condition, layers, flashing, ventilation, structural issues, or hidden damage.

Measurements, material quantities, and project descriptions generated online are preliminary and subject to change once the roof is verified in person.

An on-site inspection is required before scope and pricing can be confirmed. Any pricing shown or discussed before that verification is preliminary and is not final until we explicitly verify and issue a written quote.

Submitting an inquiry or completing the estimator does not create a roofing contract and does not obligate either party to proceed. A binding roofing agreement requires separate written acceptance and documentation signed by both you and NYC Roof Co.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the property address, property details, and any description of the work you are requesting. Inaccurate information will affect any preliminary information we prepare.

The content on this website — including text, graphics, illustrations, images, and layout — belongs to NYC Roof Co or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, republish, or reuse site content commercially without our permission.
